We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to the residents of the 48 contiguous states.  If you specify a PO BOX shipping address it will automatically be shipped via USPS.  We do prefer to ship to a physical address and a business or work address is usually faster.

                   USPS Priority Mail - $15.00 to $22.00

HAWAII:  UPS can vary from $25.00 to $35.00

                   USPS Priority Mail from $15.00 to $22.00

AUSTRALIA:  USPS Priority Mail is from $45.00 to $65.00 and does not include customs charges.

CANADA:  USPS Priority Mail is from $35.00 to $40.00 and does not include customs charges.
