The best shoe I have ever worn in the kitchen. I have owned 3 pair in 12 years and am buying another pair today. They look great with chef pants, slacks or jeans. If you are an executive and want that prodessional stylish look in a comfortable, durable and elegant shoe then this is the shoe for you. Excellent design.quality leather.. Even After taking a few years beating these shoes polish up to like new shine. Agree completely w other posts great chef shoes. Insoles are ok... easily replacable. If ur having foot pains from wearing your cheap culinary school non slips try these and get up to speed. Warning if urnot used to slip ons careful opening that reach in door. I bought my first pair of KM 1500 back in 1998 in Las Vegas and have been wearing them ever since. I am getting about 3 years or use out of these shoes, I love they way they fit and I have never taken a spill in them.

Do not hesitate on purchasing the KM 1500 chef clog...these are by far the best shoes I have ever worn!

1. They last forever! My pair has lasted over 5 years!
2. They are of the highest quality in standard and craftsmanship; top quality leather
3. They have different insoles to customize to your liking.
4. They clean up in a flash with a damp cloth.
5. The insoles can be replaced

I have tried nimerous styles and makers for work shoes. after years I ran across KM shoes while living in Vegas. They were more comfortable and longer lasting than anything else than I have tried. I lost track of how to get them upon moving back to Tennessee. Imaging my excitment when I found your web site so I ordered and very excited to get back in KM Chef clogs! I stumbled onto KM shoes several years ago at a Food and Wine event in downtown San Francisco. About mid day all of the chef's bolted from their booths and headed off to a shoe truck. I followed along and discovered they all wanted to get new KM shoes. Based on the comments everyone was making I decided to give a pair a try, and chose the 1500 clogs because they were the ones all of the professionals were taking home. All I can say is I am glad I did. Although not a chef, I also work in a hot, wet, slippery work area (beverage plant). Because of all the spilled fruit juice and various cleaning compounds that get on your shoes the leather breaks down very fast. I soon discovered that the KM shoes were not only extremely comfortable they are exceptionally durable. I get twice the life out of the KM clogs than I got out of a wide variety of premium work-boots. Just purchased my third pair of KM1500 Clog in 13 years......excellent mileage, 6 years avg. on a pair of shoes for a working chef that does 10-12 hours a day on his feet. You could not ask for a better, safer pair of clogs. I actually still have both of my old pair ... I still where them when I do yard work at the home.
