How to Return or Exchange Your Shoes

If you need to return your shoes for a different size or style please fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form (PDF file) completely.

Please include a copy of this form in the box that you are returning so we can handle your return promptly. Make sure you keep a copy for your records.

Try Them On!

Please try on your new footwear inside on a clean carpet or surface for a brief time to discover any defect or fit problems.  Product determined to be worn outside, dirty outsoles and showing signs of wear (creased across instep) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.  These shoes will be sent back to you.

Exchanges...  If you decide to exchange any of the items that you have just purchased, you must fill out the return/exchange form completely.  You will have to pay the return postage costs for the return.  Please use UPS and/or USPS and please keep a copy for your records.  Your exchange will be handled promptly and we will cover the cost to return the items back to you.  You will be notified via e-mail once the exchange ships back to you. 

Returns...  If you decide to return or exchange your shoes this must be done within 30 days from the original date of purchase.  Please fill out the return/exchange form and include it with your shoes.  The items must be in the original box, unworn, clean and in like new condition.  Worn and/or dirty shoes will be returned to you.  You are responsible for the return postage costs to ship the items back to us.  You will receive credit on your account within a few days after we receive your return.  It is our policy to refund the cost of the merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable.  If all items are not returned (insoles, shoe bags, etc) we reserve the right to adjust the amount accordingly on your credit transaction up to a maximum of $10.00 in order to replace those items.

All returns should be sent to the address on the bottom of the return/exchange form.
